Return Policy

• Returns accepted within 7 days of delivery
• We pay return shipping. Once your request is approved, we email you a prepaid label — you are never out of pocket
• Item must be unused and include all 3 microfiber sleeves — the one pre-installed on the frame plus the two spares from the box
• Steel frame must be in original condition
• Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days of us receiving the return
